Privacy and data requests

A simple, manual request process.

Effective 1 November 2026

Contact Fortis Mundi Studios

TuneLoop has no user accounts to delete. To request access to or deletion of personal information controlled by TuneLoop, email fortismundi@icloud.com — Privacy Request. If the link does not open an email app, copy the address and use the subject TuneLoop — Privacy Request. Review and send the email yourself; this page does not submit a form.

What to include

Explain what information your request concerns, such as previous support correspondence or installation/subscription-related information. Include the approximate date of any earlier support conversation and whether you still have access to the app, if relevant. We handle requests manually and may ask for the minimum additional information needed. Never send passwords, complete purchase tokens, bank or payment-card details, private keys or authentication credentials.

Local app data

You can uninstall TuneLoop or remove its locally stored preferences through Android Settings → Apps → TuneLoop → Storage → Clear data. This removes preferences such as sound, motion and onboarding settings; Android backups and copied diagnostic reports may need separate management. Microphone audio is processed locally in memory, not saved as recordings or uploaded by TuneLoop. Clearing local data can remove installation keys, so it is not a way to prove ownership of remote records.

Manual review and limitations

We identify relevant records and verify your authority proportionately before taking action. Control of an email address can help establish authority over previous correspondence, but it does not establish subscription ownership. There is no automated account or database deletion. Requests involving backend records are escalated for secure review when safe identification or authorized deletion is unavailable; we will explain any unresolved limitation rather than claim deletion. You can send a request even if you have uninstalled the app or lost access to it.

Retention and provider records

Necessary legal, billing or security records may have justified retention requirements. We will explain relevant retained information and the applicable duration or criteria when responding. No automatic deletion deadline is promised; provider logs and backups have separate retention arrangements. Google Play billing and transaction records are managed independently by Google. Deleting TuneLoop or requesting deletion from us does not automatically delete Google’s records. See the Privacy Policy for data categories, service providers and your rights.

Subscriptions are separate

Removing local TuneLoop data, requesting deletion of server-side information or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel renewal through Google Play subscription settings. TuneLoop+ purchase verification and restoration use server-side records separate from local preferences. If paid access is not recognized, contact support; do not send complete purchase tokens.

Our response

We will respond with what was actually done, any information still needed and any unresolved or retained records. Submitting a request is not confirmation of deletion. We do not promise immediate deletion or a fixed support response time; applicable legal response obligations continue to apply. For technical or billing help, visit Support.
