Support

A little help getting back in tune.

Effective 1 November 2026

Contact

Email fortismundi@icloud.com. Include your app version, Android/device model, instrument and the steps that caused the issue. A screenshot or redacted diagnostic report can help. Do not send passwords, private keys, full purchase tokens or payment-card details. We do not promise a fixed response time.

Microphone permission

In Android Settings, open Apps → TuneLoop → Permissions and allow microphone access when using the app. Check Android’s microphone privacy switch. Close other apps using the microphone and reopen TuneLoop. If interrupted, use the app’s listening/recovery control when offered. Reference playback briefly protects the tuner from measuring its own speaker output.

Pitch detection

Use a quiet space, play one string/course at a time, and let the note ring. Select the correct instrument and tuning. Tap a string for a manual target and reference tone; use AUTO to return to automatic selection. Keep the phone near the instrument without blocking its microphone. If a reading seems wrong, compare the selected target and octave before tightening a string.

Supported instruments

Acoustic guitar, ukulele, banjo, violin, electric bass, cello, mandolin and double bass. All standard tuning profiles are free; mandolin uses paired courses. Use suitable strings and do not exceed safe instrument tension.

Installation and updates

Once TuneLoop is publicly released, install and update it through its Google Play listing. Availability depends on your region and device; this website does not provide an APK download. In Google Play, search for TuneLoop — Instrument Tuner by Fortis Mundi Studios. If it is not listed for you, contact support. If the app closes on launch, send your app version and device details; clearing data or uninstalling can remove local settings.

TuneLoop+ purchases and Restore Purchases

Choose a monthly or yearly TuneLoop+ plan in the app and review the price and renewal details in Google Play before confirming. TuneLoop+ includes Chord Library, Chord Trainer, Haptic Beats and ad removal. Standard tunings remain free; alternative tunings marked Coming Soon are not yet available.

After reinstalling, sign in to Google Play with the Google account used for the purchase, install TuneLoop from Google Play, open the app and select Restore Purchases. Keep an internet connection available for verification. Restoration of an existing eligible subscription is supported without a separate TuneLoop account.

Privacy requests

For privacy questions or deletion requests, email fortismundi@icloud.com. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Website links are not an in-app purchase flow.

Crashes and technical problems

Email fortismundi@icloud.com with the app version, device/Android version, what happened and the steps to reproduce it. This also covers tuning problems and Google Play installation or update issues. Share only relevant, redacted screenshots or diagnostics. No fixed response time is promised.

Purchase, restoration and status questions

If payment completed but Premium is not recognized, confirm that Google Play shows the subscription under the purchasing Google account. Reopen TuneLoop with an internet connection and select Restore Purchases. Avoid buying a second subscription while the first purchase is being checked.

If restoration fails, check the Google account, connection and app updates, then try again. If status appears incorrect, compare the plan and expiry shown in Google Play. A cancelled subscription normally remains active through the current paid period; uninstalling does not cancel renewal. Refunds, expiry or revocation can affect eligibility.

If the problem continues, email support with the app version, device/Android version, approximate purchase date, plan and a redacted screenshot of the error. Never send passwords, complete purchase tokens or payment-card details. Access must be verified; we cannot promise recovery for an expired, refunded or revoked purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

Use Google Play subscription settings to manage or cancel renewal. Uninstalling TuneLoop does not cancel an active subscription. Refunds depend on Google Play’s applicable refund policies and your consumer rights; email us if you need help understanding the next step. We cannot promise a refund or resolve ownership without verification.

Access or deletion of personal data

Read our manual privacy request procedure or email fortismundi@icloud.com — Privacy Request. Requests are reviewed manually; no account registration is needed.
